Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Void Apps ("we", "us") on Google Play (each, an "App"). These Terms apply to all Void Apps apps. By installing or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with its operation or security.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Some Apps offer subscriptions or one-time purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play; we are not the merchant of record for the transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy.
• Prices and features may change; we will give notice where required.

4. Advertising

Apps may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for products or services advertised. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their design, code, and trademarks, are owned by Void Apps and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You use the Apps at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Void Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of an App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months (if any).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
