Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Void Apps ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish on Google Play (each, an "App"). This single policy applies to all Void Apps apps. By installing or using an App you agree to this policy.
Our apps do not require an account or login. We do not ask you for your name, email, or other directly identifying details inside the App.
1. Information collected and why
We use a small number of third-party services to run ads, understand basic usage, and process subscriptions. The data below is collected and processed by those services, not stored on our own servers.
Advertising — Google AdMob (and mediation partners)
Our apps display ads through Google AdMob, including ads served by mediation and bidding partners. To serve and measure ads, these services may process:
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) and device identifiers
- Device information (model, OS version, language, coarse/approximate location derived from IP)
- IP address
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
How Google uses data when you use our apps is described here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ads are governed by your consent choices (see "Consent" below).
Analytics — PostHog (EU region)
We use PostHog to record a small number of anonymous usage events so we can understand how the App is used and improve it. This may include device information, app version, and IP address. PostHog data is hosted in the European Union. We do not use it to identify you.
Subscriptions — RevenueCat / Google Play Billing
If an App offers a subscription or in-app purchase, billing is handled by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat processes:
- Purchase and subscription status, store transaction/receipt identifiers
- A RevenueCat anonymous app user ID (not your name or email)
We never receive or store your full payment-card details — those are handled by Google Play.
2. Subscriptions, free trials, and cancellation
Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions. The following terms apply:
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Free trial: Where offered, a free trial gives you access to premium features for a limited period at no charge. Your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
- Price: The subscription price and billing period are shown before you confirm your purchase.
- How to cancel: Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → tap Cancel subscription. You can also manage subscriptions at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Contact Google Play support for refund requests.
3. How we use information
- To display and measure advertising
- To understand anonymous, aggregate usage and improve the App
- To deliver subscriptions and unlock paid features
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the first time you open an App you are shown a consent message (Google's User Messaging Platform). Your choice determines whether you see personalized or non-personalized ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the App's settings ("Privacy / Ad settings").
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data (GDPR), and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising (CCPA/CPRA). Because our apps require no account, the simplest controls are:
- Choose non-personalized ads in the consent prompt (EEA/UK/CH).
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID in your Android system settings.
- Submit a deletion request — see Data deletion.
To exercise any right, email cevat.akdmrr@gmail.com.
6. Children
Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics and advertising data are retained per the providers' policies; subscription records are kept as required for billing and legal purposes.
8. Security & international transfers
Data is transmitted using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union, under appropriate safeguards.
9. Third-party policies
- Google / AdMob Privacy Policy
- PostHog Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Google Play Terms of Service
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of an App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
